Good team, incredibly helpful and useful in particular during the day shifts. For the cost its a wonderful offer. The receptionist is amazing, knows fantastic places to visit for travelers.

Good hotel, everything is very near. Team are super friendly and helpful and speak great English. There are activities every night and it´s an excellent way to socializing with people. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed daily. Only thing was beds are a little bit squeaky but that’s very small. Good value for the price!

I have booked the room for 6 nights with my husband. Beds were comfortable and the room was usually clean. The staff were being extremely handy and pleasant and constantly made us feel good. Rooms are big as well as the closet. Bathroom was pretty clean and the shower was good. Not a really social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.

The booking method is quite simple and intuitive, the place and restaurant service is great, very attentive and welcoming, the place is renovated along with the rooms are certainly clean.

Me and my husband stayed here for a few nights to exploring the place. Lotte City Hotel Guro is located in an exceptionally central placement, it is clean and the beds are incredibly cozy! There is only one issue I’d personally propose heading ahead and that’s to provide additional hotel amenities, shower gel particularly. Overall, I was more than happy with this stay and would certainly suggest it to everyone planning to head over to Seoul.

This hotel was really centrally located and the staff members on the reception were there at every hrs. The beds ended up comfortable and the people in the hotel had been typically respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was on and off, but wasn´t a problem. Extremely nice hotel and good area. Unquestionably will advise this place!
